This Genting Highlands package is our most exciting Malaysia trip, and the only one with a night at the top of the mountain. Straight from the airport, a private transfer takes you to Batu Caves for a photo stop and on to the Awana SkyWay cable car, which glides up to Genting Highlands, where you check in for the night.

The next day is all about Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, with a one-day pass included. Spend the day on themed zones, family rides and thrill rides in the cool highland air, then relax in the resort's restaurants and indoor entertainment areas in the evening. On day 3 you transfer privately to Kuala Lumpur for a half-day city tour with the King's Palace, the National Monument and Independence Square, and finish at KL Tower, with both the Observation Deck and the open-air Sky Deck included.

Daily breakfast is included. It is perfect for families with children and teens, groups of friends and anyone who wants more excitement than a regular city break. Day 1

Arrival in Malaysia - Batu Caves & Genting Highlands

Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and meet your driver for a private transfer to Genting Highlands. On the way, enjoy a photo stop at Batu Caves, one of Malaysia’s most famous cultural landmarks. Continue towards Genting and take the scenic Awana Skyway cable car ride to the hilltop resort. Check in to your hotel and spend the evening exploring the indoor entertainment, restaurants and shopping areas at your own pace.

Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park

After breakfast, get ready for a full day of fun at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park. Enjoy themed zones, family rides, thrill rides, entertainment experiences and photo spots in the cool highland weather. The day is free for you to explore the park at your own pace. In the evening, return to your hotel and relax.

Day 3

Genting Highlands to Kuala Lumpur - KL City Tour with KL Tower

After breakfast, check out and travel by private transfer from Genting Highlands to Kuala Lumpur. After reaching the city, proceed for a half-day Kuala Lumpur city tour. Visit King’s Palace for a photo stop, see the National Monument, explore Independence Square and continue to KL Tower. Enjoy panoramic views from KL Tower Observation Deck and Sky Deck before checking in to your Kuala Lumpur hotel. Evening is free for shopping, dining or leisure.

Why stay a night in Genting

A full day at SkyWorlds: staying at the top means no early start from Kuala Lumpur and no rushing back, so you can stay in the park until closing.
Cool evenings: Genting is usually 15 to 22°C, a lovely change from the tropical heat, and the resort's malls, restaurants and indoor attractions stay busy late.
No backtracking: the route goes straight from the airport to Genting, then down to Kuala Lumpur near the end of the trip, with Batu Caves on the way up.
Two big views: the Awana SkyWay over the rainforest and the KL Tower Sky Deck over the city.

Good to know before you book

The SkyWorlds pass is a standard one-day ticket; express passes, ride upgrades and other paid activities inside the park are not included. Some rides have height limits, so check them for younger children. Rides can pause in heavy rain or lightning, so keep a flexible plan for the day. The Genting hotel is chosen for easy access to the theme park and indoor entertainment area; we can upgrade you to a premium Genting hotel on request. Carry a warm layer for the evening, and clothes that cover your shoulders and knees for Batu Caves. Flights are not included, and hotels may collect Malaysia's tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night locally.

Indian passport holders can currently visit Malaysia without a visa for up to 30 days, under an exemption that runs until 31 December 2026. You must still submit the free Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within 3 days before arrival, and immigration may ask to see your return ticket and hotel booking.
