As this is a fixed departure multi-country escorted group tour with pre-confirmed hotels, glacier tickets, palace entries and guided city tours, the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost per person.

45 days or more prior to departure
Booking amount is non-refundable.
44 to 30 days prior to departure
25% of the total tour cost.
29 to 15 days prior to departure
50% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less prior to departure
100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

Visa Rejection Policy

In case of Schengen visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
Visa fees, documentation charges and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
Any non-recoverable supplier payments (Schönbrunn Palace tickets, Danube Cruise, Dachstein Glacier cable car, etc.) will be deducted accordingly.

No-Show Policy

Failure to report on the departure date, missing the flight, or failing to join the group at any stage of the tour will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
The cancellation date will be considered from the date written communication is received.
Any increase in supplier cancellation charges, local taxes or currency fluctuations will be borne by the traveller.
