Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost per person.

• 45 days or more prior to departure
  Booking amount is non-refundable.
• 44 to 30 days prior to departure
  25% of the total tour cost.
• 29 to 15 days prior to departure
  50% of the total tour cost.
• 14 days or less prior to departure
  100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

Visa Rejection Policy

• In case of Schengen visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
• Visa fees, documentation charges and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Any non-recoverable supplier payments (Schönbrunn Palace tickets, Danube Cruise, Dachstein Glacier cable car, etc.) will be deducted accordingly.

No-Show Policy

Failure to report on the departure date, missing the flight, or failing to join the group at any stage of the tour will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

Important Conditions

• Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
• The cancellation date will be considered from the date written communication is received.
• Any increase in supplier cancellation charges, local taxes or currency fluctuations will be borne by the traveller.

Force Majeure Clause
