As this is a fixed departure multi-country escorted group tour with pre-confirmed hotels, Eurostar tickets, alpine excursions and attraction reservations, the following cancellation terms apply.
🔹 Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost per person.
45 days or more prior to departure
Booking amount is non-refundable.
44 to 30 days prior to departure
25% of the total tour cost.
29 to 15 days prior to departure
50% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less prior to departure
100% of the total tour cost (No refund).
🔹 Visa Rejection Policy
In case of UK or Schengen visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
Visa fees, documentation charges and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
Any non-recoverable supplier payments (such as train tickets or alpine excursions) will be deducted accordingly.
🔹 No-Show Policy
Failure to report on the departure date or missing the flight for any reason will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
🔹 Refund Processing
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
The cancellation date will be considered from the date written communication is received.
Any increase in airline cancellation charges, supplier penalties, local taxes or currency fluctuations will be borne by the traveller.
