As this is a pre-confirmed multi-country fixed departure tour with reserved hotels, trains and attractions, the following cancellation policy applies:
🔹 Cancellation Charges
45 days or more prior to departure – Booking amount is non-refundable
44 to 30 days prior to departure – 25% of total tour cost
29 to 15 days prior to departure – 50% of total tour cost
14 days or less prior to departure – 100% of total tour cost
🔹 Visa Rejection
In case of UK or Schengen visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
Visa fees, processing charges and service fees are strictly non-refundable.
🔹 No-Show Policy
Failure to report on the day of departure or missing the flight will be treated as a no-show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
🔹 Refund Processing
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
