By booking a travel package, tour, or service with Dreamland Vacations LLP (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “traveller”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, phone, or in person).
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified, 50% of the package cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule or at least 35 days prior to departure.
For bookings made less than 35 days before departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Prices & Inclusions
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated and are based on the current rates of exchange, taxes, and supplier costs at the time of quotation.
Package inclusions are mentioned in the proposal or itinerary provided to you. Any item not explicitly listed as included is excluded.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or letter).
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy (available on our website) applies to all bookings and will determine the refund amount, if any.
4. Changes & Amendments
Any changes requested after booking confirmation (e.g., change of travel dates, destination, or hotel) will be subject to availability and additional costs as imposed by suppliers.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, flight delays, or operational requirements.
5. Visas, Passports & Travel Documents
Obtaining a valid passport, visa(s), and travel insurance is the traveller’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We can assist with visa processing; however, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
6. Health & Safety
Travellers must ensure they are physically fit to travel and participate in the chosen itinerary.
Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
We are not liable for any health-related issues, injuries, or medical expenses during the trip.
7. Liability & Limitations
Dreamland Vacations LLP acts as an intermediary between the traveller and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, political instability, natural disasters, or supplier defaults.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, guides, and locals.
Any behaviour that disrupts the trip or causes damage may result in termination of the traveller’s participation without refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
