Your package includes a Banana Boat ride. You may also find optional activities such as parasailing, jet ski, sea walker, fly fish and other water sports available locally at additional cost, subject to weather and safety conditions.

After the tour, return to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. You can enjoy Kuta’s cafes, beach walk, shopping streets or a relaxed dinner.

Kintamani Volcano Tour, Ubud Villages and Transfer to Nusa Dua

⌖ Nusa Dua

After breakfast, check out from your Kuta hotel and begin your full-day Kintamani and Ubud village tour, along with your inter-hotel transfer to Nusa Dua.

The tour takes you through Bali’s cultural belt around Ubud. You may pass traditional villages known for Batik art, silver work, wood carving and local handicrafts. Ubud is famous for its artistic atmosphere, temples, rice fields and gentle countryside charm.

Continue towards Kintamani, one of Bali’s most scenic highland areas. Kintamani is famous for views of Mount Batur, an active volcano, and Lake Batur. The landscape here is cooler and very different from Bali’s beach areas, making it a beautiful contrast in the itinerary. This visit is generally from the viewpoint area.

You may also visit a local coffee plantation, where Bali coffee and herbal drinks are commonly introduced.

Later, proceed to Nusa Dua and check in to your hotel. Nusa Dua is known for its calmer beaches, resort atmosphere and peaceful evenings.

Visit Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic sea temples. Built on a rocky formation by the ocean, Tanah Lot is especially famous for its dramatic coastal setting and beautiful views during sunset hours.

Later, continue to Uluwatu Temple, another important sea temple of Bali. Uluwatu is famous for its cliff-top location, around 70 metres above the waves, with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. It is one of the most scenic places in Bali to experience sunset.

If time and operations permit, you may choose to watch the traditional Kecak dance performance at Uluwatu at additional cost. The performance is popular for its chanting, fire-lit drama and sunset backdrop.

Return to your hotel after the tour.

Overnight stay in Nusa Dua.

Where you stay: Kuta & Nusa Dua

Kuta puts you close to the airport and in the middle of the action: a wide sunset beach, malls, markets, water parks and plenty of Indian restaurants, which makes it an easy first base after the flight from India. (2 nights)

Nusa Dua is the quietest and most manicured of the beach areas: gated five-star resorts, a calm lagoon beach that suits children and older travellers, and water sports at nearby Tanjung Benoa. (2 nights)
