Shipping Policy

Since Dreamland Vacations LLP is a travel services provider, our “shipping” refers to the electronic delivery of travel-related documents and services.

1. Mode of Delivery

  • All bookings, confirmations, vouchers, e-tickets, and related documents will be delivered via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at the time of booking.

  • Physical delivery of documents is not applicable, unless specifically requested, in which case courier charges may apply.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Booking Confirmation: Sent within 24–48 hours of receiving the booking advance, subject to availability.

  • Final Travel Documents (vouchers, tickets, itineraries): Sent 3–7 days prior to departure or as soon as the booking is finalized with suppliers.

  • For last-minute bookings, documents will be sent within 2–12 hours after payment confirmation.

3. Responsibility of the Customer

  • Please ensure the email address and WhatsApp number provided are correct and accessible.

  • Dreamland Vacations is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or non-responsiveness.

4. Delays & Exceptions

  • In rare cases, delays in document delivery may occur due to airline, hotel, or supplier confirmations. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.

  • Any postal delivery (if applicable) will depend on the courier partner’s timelines and is beyond our control.
