1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• For group tours, bookings are subject to fixed departure schedules and supplier commitments.
• For customised tours, payments are released to suppliers as per confirmed itinerary.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation charges depend on the destination, tour type, and supplier policies. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the following general terms apply:

For Group Tours:

• Cancellation before confirmation: Service charges may apply
• Cancellation after confirmation:
  • Airline, hotel, visa, and supplier cancellation charges as applicable
  • Part or full amount may be non-refundable

For Customised / Private Tours:

• Since services are booked specifically as per client requirements, cancellations may attract high or 100% cancellation charges, depending on supplier rules.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once booked:

• Visa fees and processing charges
• Airline tickets (as per airline rules)
• Special events, shows, cruises, or attraction tickets
• Peak season or promotional hotel bookings

4. Amendments & Date Changes

• Any changes to travel dates, names, or services are subject to supplier approval.
• Amendment charges, if any, will be communicated before confirmation.
• In group tours, date changes are usually not permitted.

5. No-Show & Early Departure

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, missed services, or early departure from the tour.
• Unused services cannot be carried forward or adjusted.

6. Cancellation by Dreamland Vacations LLP

In rare circumstances where a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, force majeure, or insufficient participation, clients will be informed and offered:

• An alternative travel option, or
• A refund of the land portion paid (excluding non-refundable components)

7. Force Majeure

Dreamland Vacations LLP shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Airline disruptions
• Government restrictions

Any refunds will be processed strictly as per supplier policies.

8. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds, if any, are processed after receiving refunds from suppliers.
• Processing time may range from 30–60 working days, depending on suppliers and banks.

9. Important Note

Travel involves multiple third-party service providers. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to abide by the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers involved in the tour.
