🔹 Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost per person.
45 days or more prior to departure
Booking amount is non-refundable.
44 to 30 days prior to departure
50% of the total tour cost.
29 days or less prior to departure
100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

🔹 Visa Rejection Policy
In case of Russia visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
Visa fees, documentation charges and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
Any non-recoverable supplier payments (entry tickets, Sapsan train ticket, cruise tickets, etc.) will be deducted accordingly.

🔹 No-Show Policy
Failure to report on the departure date, missing the flight, or failing to join the group at any stage of the tour will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

🔹 Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

🔹 Important Conditions
Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
The cancellation date will be considered from the date written communication is received.
Any increase in supplier cancellation charges, local taxes or currency fluctuations will be borne by the traveller.
Dreamland Vacations reserves the right to amend cancellation terms in case of special departure conditions or supplier policy updates.

🔹 Force Majeure Clause
Dreamland Vacations shall not be held liable for changes, delays or cancellations arising due to:
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Strikes
Natural disasters
Political disturbances
Operational disruptions beyond our control
In such cases, supplier policies will apply, and any additional costs must be borne by the traveller.
