As this is a premium fixed departure tour involving pre-confirmed cruise cabins, scenic rail bookings and fjord excursions, the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost per person.

• 60 days or more prior to departure
  Booking amount is non-refundable.
• 59 to 45 days prior to departure
  25% of the total tour cost.
• 44 to 30 days prior to departure
  50% of the total tour cost.
• 29 days or less prior to departure
  100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

Cruise & Rail Component Policy

This tour includes:

• Norway in a Nutshell rail & fjord segment

These services are booked in advance and are often non-refundable or partially refundable once confirmed.

If cancelled, non-recoverable cruise and rail charges will be deducted as per supplier policies.

Visa Rejection Policy

• In case of Schengen visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
• Visa fees, documentation charges and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Any non-recoverable supplier payments (cruise cabins, scenic rail tickets, museum entries, etc.) will be deducted accordingly.

No-Show Policy

Failure to report on the departure date, missing the flight, or failing to join the group at any stage of the tour will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 20–25 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

Important Conditions

• Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
• The cancellation date will be considered from the date written communication is received.
• Any increase in supplier cancellation charges, local taxes or currency fluctuations will be borne by the traveller.

Force Majeure Clause

Dreamland Vacations shall not be held liable for changes, delays or cancellations arising due to:
