Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost per person.

Booking amount is non-refundable.
44 to 30 days prior to departure
25% of the total tour cost.
29 to 15 days prior to departure
50% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less prior to departure
100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

🔹 Visa Rejection Policy
In case of UK or Schengen visa rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the above slabs.
Visa fees, processing charges and service fees are strictly non-refundable.
Any third-party supplier payments already made will be deducted accordingly.

🔹 No-Show Policy
Failure to report on the date of departure, or missing the flight for any reason, will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

🔹 Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
